Friends of the Rosary:
When the fullness of time came, the Father sent Christ Jesus, so that we might receive adoption as sons, as St. Paul reminded us in this letter to the Galatians (Gal 4:4-7) yesterday. This way, the Lord saved us from the slavery of sin.
“So you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son then also an heir, through God.”
“As proof that you are sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, crying out, Abba, Father!”
This January 8th, on the feast of the Baptism of the Lord, we will renew our promises of the Baptism.
